For 11 years, I was on the pill. I thought I was doing the right thing for my body and to be honest, my skin was great and I was maintaining a healthy weight.

But when I came off it, everything changed; my weight, my mood, my skin, my digestion. I gained 6 kilos in a matter of months. My digestion was all over the place: bloating, cramping, unpredictable bowel movements.
